📍 Erode: Bharathi Dasan College of Arts & Science – 06 January 2026 (Tuesday)
📍 Coimbatore: PSGR Krishnammal College of Arts & Science – 29 January 2026 (Thursday)
🕙 Timing: 09:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Participants are requested to reach the venue by 9:00 AM for registration and verification.

🟩 3. Who can participate?

• Final-year students, graduates, and job seekers from all streams.

• Experienced candidates seeking better opportunities are also welcome.

• Open to all disciplines including Arts, Science, Commerce, Management, and Engineering.

🟩 5. Is there any registration fee? Why is it collected?

Yes, there is a nominal registration fee.
This fee is collected only to ensure genuine participation from job seekers.
Registered participants will receive a food token of equivalent value, making the registration effectively free of cost.

🟩 6. Will the registration fee be refunded if I cannot attend?

No. The registration fee will not be refunded if a participant does not attend, as arrangements (including food and logistics) are made in advance.

Food vouchers will be issued only to registered participants.

🟩 8. Can I attend both Job Fairs (Erode & Coimbatore)?

Yes, candidates may attend both job fairs, but separate registration is compulsory for each venue.

🟩 9. What should I bring on the day of the Job Fair?

• Multiple copies of your updated resume and relevant certificates /mark sheets.

• Passport-size photos

• College ID or any valid government photo ID proof

• A pen and notepad for taking notes

• Your registration QR code (mandatory) for entry verification

Participants should wear formal or smart attire suitable for interviews.
A professional appearance helps create a positive first impression.

🟩 11. Will there be any on-the-spot interviews?

Yes. Many employers will conduct walk-in interviews and spot assessments during the event.
Shortlisted candidates may also be invited for further rounds after the fair.

Yes. Registered participants will receive a food token of the same value as their registration fee.
This ensures that participation remains effectively free.

There is no strict age limit, but the event primarily targets graduates and early-career professionals seeking employment or career growth.

🟩 15. Will there be support available at the venue?

Yes. A Help Desk will be available at both venues to assist with:

• Registration verification and QR code scanning

• Guidance to employer stalls and interview areas

• General inquiries and lost & found support

Volunteers and signboards will also guide participants throughout the event.
